These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply when you visit or use this website, operated by RUVEQ Solutions (“RUVEQ”, “we”, “us”), Mangaluru, Karnataka, India. By using the website you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
These Terms cover this website only. Our product, Everiko, is not yet released. When it is, it will have its own terms, which you must accept before using it.
What this website is
This website provides general information about RUVEQ and the work we do, and lets you contact us. It is not an offer to sell anything, and nothing on it is professional, legal, medical or financial advice.
Statements about the future. Everiko is in development. Descriptions of its features, timing (including the planned launch in January 2027) and capabilities are our current plans and intentions, not promises or guarantees. They may change, and you should not rely on them when making decisions.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the website lawfully and fairly. You must not:
- break any law or the rights of any person;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, our servers or anything connected to them, or probe them for weaknesses without our written permission;
- introduce malware, overload the website, or interfere with how it works (including by automated flooding of the contact form);
- use the contact form to send spam, advertising, abusive, defamatory or unlawful material, or to impersonate anyone;
- scrape or copy the website in bulk, or copy its content to pass off as your own; or
- use the website in a way that harms RUVEQ, its team or other visitors.
We may block access, remove submissions or take other reasonable steps if we believe these rules are being broken. If you find a security problem, please tell us at [email protected] before making it public.

- Ideas or suggestions you send us may be used by us without any obligation to you, except where we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Intellectual property
The website’s design, text, graphics, code, and the names RUVEQ, RUVEQ Solutions and Everiko, together with our logos and symbols, belong to RUVEQ or its licensors and are protected by law. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to view the website and to print or share a page for your own personal, non-commercial use. All other rights are reserved. You may not use our names or logos, or copy our content, without our prior written permission.
Third-party names and logos. Names, logos and marks of other organisations shown on this website — including the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (Government of India), MeitY Startup Hub, and Sahyadri College of Engineering & Management — belong to their owners. They are shown only to acknowledge support we have received. Their appearance does not mean that those organisations endorse RUVEQ, this website, Everiko, or any statement made here. The State Emblem of India may not be used except as the law permits.
Links to other websites
The website links to third-party sites (for example LinkedIn and GitHub). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
Disclaimers
We try to keep the information here accurate and the website available, but it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not promise that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of harmful components, or that its information is complete or current. Changes, availability and ending access
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time. We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows when they were last changed, and by continuing to use the website after a change you accept the updated Terms. If a change is material, we will say so on the website.
You may stop using the website at any time. We may restrict or end your access if you break these Terms.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, please first write to us at [email protected] so that we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If that does not work, the courts at Mangaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
General
- Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
- Whole agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Notice are the whole agreement between you and us about the use of this website.
